The Kosher Deli counter has fresh deli, meat, poultry and fish. They offer prepared foods, such as fried and rotisserie chicken, egg rolls, salads, hamburgers, and sushi. Call for more information on the Chinese chicken selections. The bakery includes fresh-baked pareve bread and an assortment of parve and dairy cookies, cakes, muffins and pastries. At the bakery you can preorder parve and dairy sheet cakes for events and birthday parties.  There is a certificate in the store that lists the items that are Pas Yisroel. Baked items that are brought in need to have a kosher label to be certified kosher.

To easily find these fresh Kosher selections, look for our tags featuring the HKA/MKT symbols.  These symbols mean our products are certified Kosher and produced in-store under the supervision of our mashgiachs.  Choose from our Kosher sandwich and coffee bar, Kosher sushi selections, Kosher cuts of beef and lamb prepared by Kosher-trained H-E-B Certified Meat Cutters, and our Kosher Bakery featuring fresh baked artisan breads, bagels, bolillos, tortillas and cakes.  Remember, if you don’t see the Kosher symbols, it’s not Kosher!

Whole foods offers a variety of certified kosher cut up fruits. They also have freshly made, kosher guacamole and salsa which comes in spicy, medium or mild. In the fruit juice section there are a variety of fresh squeezed juices that are certified kosher. Whole foods has a range of kosher foods for special diets  including gluten free, vegan, organic and dairy free.
